IYRCL 2012

1.International Young Researchers Conference on Law - 2012

During 2012, University College Bedёr and the University of Tirana, held the First International Young Researchers Conference on Law, titled, “Human rights in the 21st century” which was held at University College Bedёr premises in Tirana, Albania on 18-19 May. During the conference, 60 young researchers from 12 different countries of the world coming from 17 universities presented around 55 presentations on human rights related issues and problems.

The objective of the conference was to bring together young researches from different countries and cultures and increase their interaction and participation in research on law with a focus on human rights while giving students the opportunity to exchange ideas and expertise.

The scientific committee awarded the “Best Paper Award” to Ms.Alice Margaria for her paper “Fatherhood And Work-Family Reconciliation: Comparing the EU Experience and the ECHR System”.
